today i cleaned my room & remembered my 15 year old obsession with the above wonderful woman.
this week has been fun, i went to see chicago!! velma kelly <3 & to the natural history museum & the v&a & did lots of walking around london in the sun & had a lot of cocktails & got to eat at saf! i have wanted to eat there since forever, most of the food is raw vegan & it was more wonderful than i ever could have imagined. i am currently trying to work out the recipe for their seaweed salad mmm. um did more hotel drinking & went to a weird spanish bar, met & ran away from harold & patrick etc.etc.
when i got back to brighton i spent quite a bit of money on nice things but justified it using some vouchers from my birthday months ago & taking back 2 dresses so, you know. watched a LOT of flight of the conchords. went to a comedy night for my friend dan's birthday which was awesome apart from sadly none of the female comedians were that great, sigh. seann walsh was probably my favourite.
i went to casinos in rochester but the less said about that the better, it was like an awful gathering of absolute messes of human beings in a disgusting school hall that served cheap vodka & smelt like sweat. urgh.
i'm mainly just happy because of aaliyah & my room looking nice & my cat is curled up next to me on my bed & i found some cute books & ornaments i had forgotten about. going to have a bath & maybe watch eurovision with my cat, as annie called it 'euro cat times.' who knows. i go on holiday on monday!!!
