caffeine

i need to develop mild insomnia for a month to do my work i decided. coffee makes me jittery & horribly unfocused though. how to stay awake; suggestions?

  1. tea! Coffees slightly less evil older cousin. Plenty of hot tea and biscuits kept me going through my nightshifts last week. Made sure I ate loads of fresh fruit too, natural sugar works wonders! Kept me going when I felt like an utter zombie xx

  2. ahhh i don't like tea :( i've tried to make myself like it but i just can't! fruit is definitely a good plan, haha coffee is so evil i had 2 expressos yesterday & my hands started shaking! xx
